Terms of Service
Order Tracker · Closed beta · Effective 2026-07-16
1. What this is
Order Tracker is a personal order-tracking app in closed beta, operated by an independent developer, not a company. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
2. The beta deal
The app is free during the beta. In exchange, you accept that it is unfinished software: features may break, change, or be removed, and data may be lost.
The beta may end at any time. If it does, you will be given reasonable notice and an opportunity to export or delete your data.
Do not rely on this app as your only record of anything financially or legally important. Keep your own records.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for what happens under your account. Use a password you do not use elsewhere.
One person, one account. Do not share your account.
You must be at least 16 years old.
4. Acceptable use
Use the app for tracking your own orders. Do not:
- Attempt to access another user's data.
- Attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, except that good-faith security research reported privately to the support address is welcome and will not be pursued.
- Automate the app in a way that abuses the AI or delivery-tracking quotas. The app enforces daily per-user limits; do not try to route around them.
- Use the app for anything illegal.
Accounts that break these rules can be suspended or deleted without notice.
5. Your content
Your orders, notes and issue descriptions remain yours. The app claims no ownership.
You grant only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store your data, and to send it to the third-party processors listed in the Privacy Policy so features work.
6. AI-generated output
The app uses AI to extract order details from email and to draft messages to sellers. AI output can be wrong. An extracted amount, date or tracking number may be incorrect; a drafted message may be inappropriate to send.
Check anything that matters before acting on it. You are responsible for anything you send to a seller.
7. Third-party services
The app depends on Google, Anthropic, AfterShip, Expo, Firebase and Railway. Their outages are not within our control. Delivery information comes from carriers via AfterShip and can be late, wrong, or missing.
8. No warranty
The app is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind. There is no uptime guarantee, no guarantee that Gmail import will catch every order, and no guarantee that your data will not be lost.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profit, or a purchase you missed because the app failed to tell you something.
This is a free beta run by one person. Your remedy, if you are unhappy, is to stop using it and delete your account.
10. Ending it
You can stop at any time: email ordertracker@shaibuilds.builders to delete your account and its data.
The developer may suspend or terminate an account that abuses the service, or may end the beta entirely.
11. Changes
These terms may change. The effective date at the top will be updated, and material changes will be sent to beta testers directly. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
12. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
